This training provides an overview of workplace discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment, bullying, workplace violence, and retaliation, with a focus on recognizing inappropriate conduct and understanding employee responsibilities. Staff will learn how to respond to and report concerns while reinforcing the Court’s expectations for a respectful, professional, safe, and harassment-free workplace.
