Yuma County Training Sessions Terms and Conditions
- Introduction By registering for a training session provided by Yuma County through the Arlo platform, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all users registering for, attending, or utilizing the Arlo platform to access Yuma County’s training programs.
- Registration & Account Management • Eligibility: Participants must meet any eligibility criteria specified for the training program. • Registration Process: To register for a training session, participants must create an account on the Arlo platform. The registration form must be filled out completely and accurately. • Account Creation: To access certain features of our service, you may need to create an account by providing accurate, up-to-date, and complete information. • Confirmation: Upon successful registration, participants will receive a confirmation email with details regarding the training session, including dates, times, and any additional materials or requirements. • Waitlists: If a session is full, participants can join a waitlist. If a spot becomes available, they will be notified via email. • Unofficial Substitution of Registrations: Any attempt to unofficially substitute or transfer a registration (e.g., using another person’s account or registration without their consent or through means not authorized by us) is strictly prohibited.
- Cancellations • Cancellations by Participants: Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before the start of the training session. Requests for cancellation can be made via the Arlo platform or by contacting the Yuma County training department. • Cancellations by Yuma County: If a training session is canceled by Yuma County, participants will be notified as soon as possible.
- Attendance and Behavior • Attendance Requirements: Participants must attend the entire training session to receive a certificate (if applicable). Partial attendance may result in a failure to receive certification. • Behavior: Yuma County expects all participants to maintain professional and respectful behavior during training sessions. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may lead to removal from the session. • Recording and Photography: Yuma County reserves the right to record or photograph training sessions for promotional or educational purposes. By attending the training session, participants consent to being recorded or photographed.
- Use of Arlo Platform • Account Creation: Participants must create a user account on the Arlo platform to register for training sessions. This account will store personal information and registration history. • Platform Availability: While Yuma County makes every effort to ensure that the Arlo platform is available and accessible, there may be occasional downtime for maintenance or technical issues. Yuma County is not responsible for any issues arising from platform unavailability.
- Amendments Yuma County reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes, and such changes will be reflected in the updated version of this document on the registration page.
