Our Services

Yuma County Human Resources provides a variety of classes for all employees regardless of their position or management level. Classes range from leadership development to communications to Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). In addition, other classes are offered, as needed, to address rule changes, completing the annual performance evaluation, and other County wide mandates. Classes are designed to improve employee’s skills, knowledge, and abilities and overall well-being.
